Halls of Atonement
Bosses
Halkias, the Sin-Stained Goliath
Halkias has some intermittent AOE damage but this fight is mostly about proper positioning from your tank to avoid puddles and beams.
Echelon
Echelon is mostly a single target healing check on the Stone Shattering Leap target. You cannot avoid this damage as the target other than through immunities. This leaves a heavy hitting DoT on the target that will need healed through in addition to the damage from Volatile Transformation from the Undying Stonefiends.
The Stone Shattering Leap target should use their defensive before they’re stunned if the impact + 1 tick of damage will kill them, otherwise they can use their defensive after the healer cooldowns are gone.
High Adjudicator Aleez
High Adjudicator Aleez has a few different things happening that deal damage. The Anima Fountain, ghost summons, and 2 debuffs at a time. These things alone are manageable but she has two overlaps of all 3 mechanics on this fight. These overlaps happen roughly at :30 and 2:30, in these cases I would recommend assigning personal defensives as well as using Revival for either one. Diffuse is another good answer here if you didn’t need to use it earlier in the fight.
For the non-overlap ghosts and debuffs you can still taunt the ghosts and use cooldowns like Chi-Ji, Sheilun’s Gift, and Life Cocoon.
For the ghosts you can use your taunt on them when talented into Hasty Provocation and they will move faster towards their fixate and allow them to get into the canister faster which significantly reduces the damage your party will take.
Lord Chamberlain
There’s not a lot of damage on this boss outside of the intermission, Ancient Teachings should take care of most of it. For the intermission the people taking damage are the soakers, and Mistweaver can double soak each set.
On phase, the 4 statues get knocked back and deal 4 instances of landing damage. Many specs will need to use a defensive here to survive a one shot. Mistweaver can survive with Dance of the Wind and use Diffuse Magic and Bounce Back to double soak half of the beams, with the tank or other high defensive class soaking the other two. This should make the intermission very easy with only 2 targets to heal.
Trash Packs
Shards of Halkias
This is pretty standard tantrum damage but you also need to be dispelling the debuffs from the tank and from the rest of the group
Inquisitor Sigar
This is a miniboss before Lord Chamberlain who summons mobs that fixate as well as deals AOE damage in the form of a DoT, Display of Power. This leaves a 14 second debuff on the party that deals additional damage on it’s drop off. Chi-Ji lasts for most of this, and at the end there’s some spread requirements that you can finish off the DoT with Sheilun’s Gift to top people before the expiration damage.
You can use Ring of Peace and Leg Sweep to help alleviate some of the fixate damage but there’s only so much you can do, this is more of a group effort and dps check to kill the little ads before you’re overrun.
