So’leah’s Gambit

Bosses

Hylbrande

There isn’t a ton of healing to do here, just spot healing the Purifying Burst targets.

For the Console job, typically your slow player will do this, but sometimes it’s considered a healer job. It doesn’t matter too much who does it as long as everyone helps place orbs. It would be a good idea to claim/assign the Console job before pulling the boss.

Timecap’n Hooktail

This boss has some AOE healing required through the Time Bomb mechanic, for this you’ll want to stagger your dispels so that you have time to heal up in between the dispels as they do damage on removal. Keep in mind the debuff does increasing damage to the target the longer the debuff is on them.

Be mindful of your dispel timing with the Anchor Shot, as that combination can be deadly. If the Anchor Shot is coming up, delay your dispel until after the Anchor Shot target is healthy.

To help with mob control you can use Ring of Peace, Paralysis, Leg Sweep, and even Hasty Provocation to help position mobs in the Infinite Breath to kill them.

So’leah

So’leah’s damage mostly comes from Collapsing Star. This mechanic requires you to walk into the visual of the Collapsing Star to soak it multiple times. Each time you soak the star, it leaves a DoT on the party that will stack if you soak to quickly so make sure the previous debuff falls off before triggering it again.

Often times it’s not a healer job, especially for Mistweaver because we’re melee-based. Any ranged player can be the soaker.

Trash Packs

Adorned Starseer

These guys are somewhat of a heal check and somewhat of a DPS check. They will summon mobs that do pulsing AOE damage until killed and we can mostly heal through them as long as they don’t live for an extended period of time.
